Each photoshoot includes a signed contract. Although the information on this website is legally binding, having a contract ensures that both you and I are protected in the event of a dispute.

The copyright remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed. This means I can publish the photos and use them to advertise my photography.
All information sated here is included contract that needs to be singed either physical and digitally before the start of the shoot.
If you want to use the photos for any specific purpose outside the scope of the rules, this should be stated in the contract.
